Clicking on the Contacts button activates the Contacts window. You can select specific categories, to transfer all of the contacts contained within those categories, or transfer all contacts to your iPod.

The Flagged Contacts Only option allows you restrict the contacts available for transfer to those that have been flagged in Entourage.
